This challenge is put together for YOU to challenge YOURSELF. It is you vs you. Summer is over, it's time to buckle down and start getting serious. Here is where you start. I will be providing you with all the tools you will need to achieve the success you are seeking. Allow myself and the other monthly challengers to provide you with inspiration, motivation, and a sense of accountability.

Summer is over, it's time to buckle down and start getting serious. Here is where you start. I will be providing you with all the tools you will need to achieve the success you are seeking. Allow myself and the other monthly challengers to provide you with inspiration, motivation, and a sense of accountability.

Can I Win This Challenge?
Of course! The challenge winner will be chosen based off of their consistency, engagement (Facebook group, zoom calls, posts, etc), and efforts. (Prizes are listed below in the "Everything Else You Need To Know" section).

The 4-Week Program (Both Gym-Based + DB Only), Nutrition Guides/Video, Access To Facebook Support Group (Daily Posts/Answering Questions), Weekly Group Zoom Calls, And 24/7 Email Support.
It's important to note that you will not receive all of this information until Thursday, October 28th to prevent challengers from starting early.
Monday: Legs/Cardio
Tuesday: Chest/Abs
Wednesday: Back/Cardio
Thursday: Shoulders/Calves
Friday: Arms/Cardio
Saturday: Full Body Conditioning Challenge/Abs (Optional)
Sunday: Rest Day
One winner will win the following:
- A 30 minute Training/Nutrition Consult with myself and Dillon Phaneuf to set the winner up for success after the challenge.
